Hip Throw Defense, Back Body Lock Takedown, Jumping on the Back, Seat Belt Control
3 Part Technique - Run to the opponent's back and secure a Back Body Lock if he attempts a throw. Push his throwing arm over you to assist in the transition. Sit to the ground and lay your leg out as a block when torquing the opponent to the mat for a trip. If the opponent resists by moving forward, you will have a good reaction to Jump on the Back instead. Clasp the Seat Belt control first before inserting your back hooks to score points.
